Can I exchange my order? 

Yes, unused items may be exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible to cover additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged.

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, the difference will be charged to your credit card. If exchanging for a cheaper item, the difference will be refunded to your credit card. 

Before shipping replacement item, the original item must arrive back at the warehouse. Please contact customer service to process your exchange.

Can I return my order? 

Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back return items. Refunds for the cost of the product will be made after the product has arrived back at the warehouse. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

What if my order is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund. Please contact customer service for assistance.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Orders then typically take another 1-5 business days to make it to their destination, depending on your location. Orders may experience delay if an item is temporarily out of stock or due to inclement weather and national holidays. We do not guarantee the date of delivery.

Occasionally orders are split into multiple shipments. If so, you will be sent separate shipment notifications and tracking for each shipment.

Are your products union-made in the U.S.A.?
